Deal Registration Program

Guidelines
This program is designed to reward and protect proactive resellers for opportunities they develop and introduce to Vizioncore. If registration is approved the reseller will receive an additional, up to 15%, margin on the registered opportunity and it will be sent to reseller in the form of a rebate check (up to 15% is payable to reseller regardless of whether the reseller registering the opportunity wins the deal or not).

To Qualify for Approval

  1. Reseller MUST have at least Gold Partner status with Vizioncore
  2. The Deal Registration Form (below) MUST be filled out completely
  3. Registered end user company MUST be NEW to Vizioncore and the opportunity must be 100% partner generated
  4. Deal MUST be quoted to the client and partner must have ACTIVE role in closing the sale or registration may be revoked

Registration Process

  1. Reseller completes form below
  2. Vizioncore approves or rejects registration
  3. If approved, the reseller receives confirmation and expiration date of registration (60 days from date of register)
  4. Reseller may apply for renewal of deal if it is still open after 60 days
  5. Once the registered deal is sold to end user – reseller will receive payment after Vizioncore receives payment of the invoice for the order
  6. Registration is good for license only. Support is not eligible

Terms of Program
This program is offered to eligible Authorized Vizioncore resellers in good standing. In the event a Partner fails to meet eligibility requirements, this program can be cancelled with 30 days written notice to the Partner. All registered deals approved before cancellation will be honored. It is not our intent to cancel this program, but to build it to continue to strengthen our Partner Network Program.
